ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.”  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

Firm Foundations

Firm Foundations focuses on toning your entire body from head to toe! Become a stronger, leaner version of yourself with this class!


CardioBlast is a Tabata style class that is designed to push you to your limits. Torch calories and build strength all while in a fun group setting. Modifications are available for all fitness levels. No excuses!


Spin is an indoor cycling group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a great cardio workout! You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life! Make sure to bring water and a towel!
