Teresa Eastin started her healthy lifestyle seven years ago. She started by walking 30 minutes a day and within 6 months she incorporated running. She then recognized the importance of strength training to become a stronger, faster runner. Since then she has worked out at least 2-3 times a week along with her training runs. Strength training builds muscle and is important for any athlete and those wanting to turn the flab into fab! Teresa’s Firm Foundations class focuses on total body toning using weights and one’s own body weight to strengthen and tone muscles. Join her on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 AM!
