Monday

  • CardioBlastCardioBlast is a Tabata style class that is designed to push you to your limits. Torch calories and build strength all while in a fun group setting. Modifications are available for all fitness levels. No excuses! with Eva TowlesBio coming soon! 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm
  • ZumbaZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO."  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. with Stacey WalkerBio coming soon! 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Tuesday

  • Firm FoundationsFirm Foundations focuses on toning your entire body from head to toe! Become a stronger, leaner version of yourself with this class! with Teresa EastinTeresa Eastin started her healthy lifestyle seven years ago. She started by walking 30 minutes a day and within 6 months she incorporated running. She then recognized the importance of strength training to become a stronger, faster runner. Since then she has worked out at least 2-3 times a week along with her training runs. Strength training builds muscle and is important for any athlete and those wanting to turn the flab into fab! Teresa's Firm Foundations class focuses on total body toning using weights and one's own body weight to strengthen and tone muscles. Join her on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 AM! 5:15 am to 6:00 am
  • SpinSpin is an indoor cycling group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a great cardio workout! You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life! Make sure to bring water and a towel! with Logan TowlesLogan is an Arkansas State graduate from Manila, AR. After struggling to find an activity she enjoyed after the freshman 30 in college, she became totally obsessed with cycling and being active. Logan hopes her enthusiasm in class is contagious and will get others excited for a healthier lifestyle   Join Logan in one of her classes! 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
